We supply the açaí. Then we serve it ourselves.
Austropical supplies premium Grade A organic açaí, superfruit sorbets, smoothie cubes and ice pops to cafes around Australia from our base in Banksmeadow. Most people meet our açaí in somebody else's bowl. Chatswood is the one counter where the brand makes it for you, the way it should be made: thick, deep purple and piled high.
Our whole idea is simple. Healthy choices should never mean compromising on taste or convenience, so the snack that is good for you should also be the one you actually want.
Not all açaí is the same purple
Açaí is graded on how much fruit pulp is in the blend. Grade A is the richest, the deep colour and full berry flavour, with nothing to water it down.
Premium Grade A
Sourced from the Amazon rainforest. Authentic deep purple colour, rich berry flavour and the antioxidant load that made açaí famous in the first place.
Certified organic, twice
Certified by USDA in the United States and by ACO, Australian Certified Organic, at home. Vegan, Kosher, gluten free and non GMO across the range.
Zero added sugar, if you want it
Our zero sugar açaí keeps the naturally occurring antioxidants and the real taste. Ask for it as the base of any bowl in the shop.

Sustainability is a guiding principle for Austropical, with a focus on biodiversity and ecosystem conservation. Two partnerships put money where the fruit comes from.

Supporting coral restoration and regeneration projects on a reef that is home to thousands of marine species.
Black Jaguar Foundation
Reforesting degraded areas of the Amazon rainforest and the Cerrado Savanna in Brazil, the world's largest tropical rainforest and a critical carbon sink.

A cafe that runs on açaí hours
Bacon and egg rolls and Lavazza coffee from open, açaí bowls, wild toast and super smoothies through the day, waffles, shakes and gluten free desserts late into the night. The kitchen runs the whole 16 and a half hours.
The most ordered thing on the board is Build Your Bowl, which tells you something. People here know exactly what they want in their açaí.
